Can anyone suggest what i can buy with my 370 platinum I am tired of not have enough neurodes to craft the stuff I want to craft

Never buy resources with plat it's a scam, the neurode and other resource blueprints are also a scam and not worth it.

Almost everything can be farmed, but things like slots cannot, buy slots first

General recommendation is to buy slots with platinum.

However, if you are low on resources and need help farming you can go with one of the loot frames (Nekros, Khora, Atlas, Hydroid). Nekros is the easiest to build since his loot bonus does not require an augment. 

 

I would HIGHLY recommend against the above user's suggestion of buying neurodes. They are fairly easy to farm and a huge waste of plat. Furthermore I would not suggest getting boosters until you're far enough into the game to really benefit from them (using Nekros will be a significant increase in overall farming capabilities without the time-limitation of a booster).
