(PSN)robotwars7 Posted August 23, 2021 Share Posted August 23, 2021 the original Excalibur Obsidian Skin was *sort of* like the effects you see here, in that it constantly moved. it does sound like it'd take some work to make a cosmetic that changes in time to Octavia's beats, especially since the songs can be quite varied. but I suppose there's no harm in asking a Tennogen creator to come up with something like this.
