I’ve contacted support about mr 11 being hard locked due to bugs multiple times with no reesponse

It seems to me that I am being ignored by support and I would like to think I could hold them to higher standards than that but they have let me down, anyone know how to go about getting their attention?

The test requires you to shoot time bubbles while you run a parkour test in order to have enough time to complete it and the time bubbles aren’t giving me time when I shoot them and I refuse to wait another 24 hours to retake it

I would not expect to get an instant response from the support team.

I would record a video, that is super unusual for anything like that to happen. I would also include the LOG.EE file the next time you experience that bug, and send those logs to the support staff.

I tried the MR 11 practice test, and while I can't reproduce the orbs not granting time, there is a section where the indicator for where to go next is just completely wrong. It appears around a bunch of intangible platforms, while the actual path is straight above the last real platform before the indicator appears.

Support has a huge backlog of bugs as it is, and multiple reports don't make it any quicker for them to get back to you, it just adds further clog to the queue. One report is enough

Is it the same when you only do practice runs? (You can practice indefinitely with no wait time.) That info should be included in your report.

If there is a bug such as you claim, you really should record it, like LillyRaccune said. Post it also as bug report.
