Stance multipliers? Can you elaborate?
Do you mean if a specific stance adds two hits for one click? (Example)

Not exactly ,

All stances have a multiplier to each attack. These also increase the combo count.

Eg. 300% multiplier gives you 3 combo count even if it's just a single attack. That's why some weapons seem to build combo faster than others.

I see, I’ll test that too, any example stances?

AFAIK stance modifiers for attacks don't result in getting the benefits as if you did multiple hits. A hit could have a stance modifier of 600%, but it'll still count as one hit for the purposes of things like Shattering Impact. So multi-hit stances scale things like Pack Leader better.

Doesn't seem like a lot of projectile melees are having their attacks count.

Glaives count for the normal throw but not heavy attacks. Sigma+Octantis shield throw counts.

Fan knives from arum spinosa/quassus don't count. Stropha projectile attack doesn't. Redeemer/Sarpa projectiles don't.

This is pretty inconsistent since traditionally, AFAIK, the expendable projectiles from projectile melees have always been counted as melee attacks.

Contagion doesnt work either. It works at times when the direct projectile hits, but not guaranteed. So far the most consistant for healing outside of being face-to-face with the enemy has been glaives and their normal throw.
