Making Clans Crossplay when Founding Warlord is Inactive

I recently got a friend to try out Warframe and was excited to resume playing again and help another new player get started. They could play on PS or Switch and I play on Xbox. I found out that I can’t invite them to my clan because crossplay isn’t on by default. That is fine if the clan’s leader is active. The founding warlord for my clan has been inactive for a very long time. Crossplay can’t be enabled and I don’t want to move clans and don’t want them in another clan either. I want to be able to add players with crossplay when the clan isn’t crossplay and can’t be made into crossplay because the leader is inactive.

If they’ve been inactive for at least 30 days you can put in a support ticket to have the leadership transferred to someone else. I believe it automatically goes to the next highest rank/oldest member

If a founding warlord of a clan is inactive for a very long time, you can reach out to DE Customer Support about possibly transferring the warlord title to a more active user.

I've put a support ticket in for this very reason. It's been 6 days and still haven't heard back.
