Can I buy a Lower Tier of Prime Access after Buying the Complete Pack?

I have already purchased the Prime Access COMPLETE Pack that comes with 4k plat. But I am wondering if I can purchase the Regular Prime Access pack that comes with 2625 plat as well even after buying the complete one?

Not sure why you'd want it. If you need an extra copy of Gauss Prime and his prime weapons you can just use platinum from the original pack to buy the parts from people. It'll be much cheaper. And if you need extra platinum you can just buy it separately, making it cheaper than buying the prime access.

Buying bigger only upgrades your pack, so I doubt you'll get a second by going lower

You can't make multiple Prime Access purchases on the same account. Once you buy a single tier, you can only upgrade. Once everything is bought that's the deal.
