Bug where region chat does not show up by default

Currently when opening Warframe for a lot of users region chat is not a option. They have to turn it. On/ enable it in the Warframe settings which is basically messing up the recruiting chat and make it next to impossible to recruit people for a squad

Hello Pc_Outtie! This is by design, from the Update 28 patch notes:

TBH, I don't quite understand how this has any effect on recruiting,
since you do that in ... you know, the RECRUITING chat, and not in Region nor the "default" Q&A chat.
