(MOB)drakefrost Posted July 4 Share Posted July 4 Happened inconsistently, but mostly. When playing Hildryn on Nightmare, at one time the shield stops regenerating. This happened mostly after using Haven (energy chanelled ability). Is this a bug, or intended? Hildryn posesses advanced overshields that prevent a lot of different debuffs from taking effect. Energy drain is one of them. Overshield shouldn’t have any effect (and it behaves normally at the start of the level). Effect prevention with overshields is a part of her passive, even though it isn't explained all that well in the arsenal AFAIK. Even toxin damage can't bypass her overshields. Hildryn was released in 2019 when overguard didn't exist. 4 hours ago, _Anise_ said: the OG overguard? I never knew about this. Health drain curses in netracell/EDA ("lose health upon casting abilities", "Lose health when not jumping") don't work when Hildryn's overshields are up either.
