Be happy for the update for once, we don't need people whining already. Party poopers... Anyways, Frost needed that, as I am an avid Frost player and is actually happy for the changes. I do not at all see it as a serious nerf, as I see it balance, thus giving more opportunities than just spamming one ability for Frost. This is very disappointing from DE. Looking back at the Older, update 7/8/9 builds, the additions made more sense and felt... fun.
