Zhoyzu
this popped up when i accidentally clicked on a header of a dota 2 fan art page (had some cool pictures). 95% sure this is some sort of scam seeing as you would pay the feds directly and piracy is a huge fine and the rest i could never be accused of and the third accusation is ridiculous. on top of it my PC hasn't been locked lol. infact ive been increasing the usage of my browser since seeing this. paranoia can get the best of me though.... spacedkadet
looks like ransomware http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ransomware_(malware) but if none of your files are locked and everything is normal then just run malwarebytes and carry on. if however your files are encrypted then you our out of luck and will probably need to reformat. Check your files and run malwarebytes first

Yet, your computer setup and AV software has nothing to do with Warframe. Thanks for posting images that prey upon the ineptitude of the rest of the internet. UnbeBleeder
Ransom ware. It probably encrypted you files, so a restart attempt is futile. Have fun! ... Also what does this have to do with warframe? Seriously. You think you can "inform" the public on this ransomware on these forums. You know their are actually forums for this stuff right? General discussion is for Warframe related topics. This is not related to Warframe hence it should go to off-topic section.

SpFinX
You'll wonder how much people (usually at age >=50) get really scared by such 'Winlocks'. Removing them after work gives me small, but steady income. Of course, they won't get it second time after installing antivirus+AdBlack, but city is big and there's still a lot of users to catch them =P Ransom ware. It probably encrypted you files, so a restart attempt is futile. Have fun! Stop scaring people around. 99% of them are totally harmless for PC (they use your mental weaknesses instead - usually through usage of hardcore porn pictures). Sometimes they even pass through AV, just because they are just banners and cannot cause any harm. Edited December 29, 2013 by SpFinX
HumboldtZ
It appears to be a harmless ransom-ware since you are posting here, but just to be sure run MalwareBytes Anit-Malware. It has cleared up every Ransom-Ware problem I have ever had. Of course make sure you have a decent AV/Firewall/Ad-block setup to prevent (some) future problems

Not all of them just some.
Letter13
Off topic for this. Also it's a scam. URL doesn't end in .gov. Just grab Microsoft Security Essentials and give your computer a good scan down for good measure.
