Cronus... Is It Obtainable, De?

So, I'm a high MR player, never obtained that weapon, and I was wondering... is the cronus still obtainable?

 

Can someone from DE confirm this, please? or any of you guys, whom have farmed the cronus lately with a high MR, any tips or tricks? just wanted to know... before starting to farm for it.

Yes, it is still obtainable. It's just a nasty bugger that won't let me get it.

 

Try playing with a new player. It's supposed to be a guaranteed drop for them the first time they face Vor.

I had it, but as a noob who wanted more space for the famous Galantine, I sold it.

Yea I got it, its the first thing I was able to build on my own and I just started a week ago.

Got it about a month ago. It's either join randoms and hope for some mr0 and mr1 or do solo with either less then 300 conclave or less then 200 conclave..(can't remember)  I did about 10 runs untill it dropped the second time for me. Did them solo with naked oberon and some low modded melee.

I'm a high MR and I got it in one try. It was back in the day when RNG wasn't bothering us so badly... I got mine over a year ago and I still have a ton of extra BPs of it.

A mini boss that's crazy tough dropping a weapon obtainable within the first week of playing... Ok.

Got it the first time I killed Vor, along with Seer blurprint....didn't really care much for it and crafted Dual Skana instead...

Going solo with a total conclave of 80 (unmoded Loki + unmoded phage) 5 times = No Cronus :/

Going with a MR 1, MR 2 and me in the same squad (with same Conclave of 80) = Cronus! :)

 

Apparently, the Fastest way is to go public, with new players.

it's just got an incredibly small drop chance for whatever reason. everyone says to play with new players to get it quicker, so i had a friend make a new account so i could maybe get it quicker that way. cronus did drop when we killed vor the first time, however only for my friend's new account and not me. could have just been rotten luck but, that's my experience with trying to get it with new players. just have to kill him over and over again. he's simple enough.

I've -heard- that if you lower your conclave to sub 200, he has a good chance of dropping it. Just hearsay though.

Yes it is. (as if it wasn't already obvious from the other people in the thread.) My room-mate acquired it this morning. Side note, he has less than 4 hours invested in the game so far. :o

I got it just now. MR17, conclave 294, ran with two MR2's. I forma'd my Zephyr so she was unranked and I only brought a lvl 6 Lato. Deleted this weapon ages ago. Glad to have it back in my inventory!
