You could replace vitality and redirection all-together if you can go without MAXED HP and SHIELD. Or you could amplify them even more in case that you are not realy power-reliable guy. Maxing it would only give you 60% efficiency for a ton of time/money. You'd still need an arcane helm that gives efficiency or Fleeting Expertise to get that 175% efficiency. Some of them are Op, some are neat. Just because you see something, does not mean it's "In" like the other dead mods, it will never release.
