That's that I think, there's no way of summoning them I think. They should have named him Grineer Maniac instead of manic, because that's what everyone calls him. Too bad he doesn't drop anything. Maybe they're fixing that, but it's not done yet. He drops. i have obtained some trash from him but he also drops 4 riders if I remember well. I only get ammo from his cheap *cough* yeah. If I actually needed Four Riders, I'd probably pick up a drop chance booster and go farm him for it. But I as for corpus I say make a smaller zanuka. Lore wise...salad v either went ahead with the project or someone in the corpus half baked it and viola.
