Ailith Posted November 17, 2015 Share Posted November 17, 2015 (edited) Fallout 3 left a far better impression on me than New Vegas did and a lot of that has to do with how unique Fallout 3 was at the time, New Vegas was, for all intents and purposes, the same game just with a slightly different (and less interesting) setting. The DLC for Fallout 3 was also much more enjoyable and memorable, the only DLC I remember from New Vegas involved going into some canyon and teaming up with some tribal people...or something; Fallout 3 sent you to the snowy mountains of Alaska in Operation Anchorage, the creepy-! bayous of Point Lookout, an alien spaceship in Mothership Zeta, and even my hometown: Pittsburgh! tl;dr - Fallout 3 is better.
