Its not in the Liset...it would be to big to fit inside... You leave the Liset when you walk down the ramp. Its more like a secret base where the Liset is docked. But power, so powerful it is, at such a cost. Used to be 10x the cost in plat as well, so you to can now use the terrible arcane powers behind there.
