Ivara Trading A No-No?

During the Shadow Debt, I got the BP for Ivara's helmet, personally I do not want Ivara. My sibling on the other hand, is dying for her BPs. So, we set aside time for a trade (I don't want it, sibling does, me give, sibling happy, win). To our surprise, we find that it does not pop-up in any of the trade categories. 

 

Does this mean Ivara is a big nope for trades? Do I have to build the helmet for it to be trade-able?

 

Is there anything that can be done?

As far as I know, Nezha is the only non-prime Warframe that can have its parts traded.

Although given the changes in where some non-primes drop (spy missions, manics, Sorties) some of these rarer RNG drop frames perhaps should become tradable since they aren't guaranteed boss drops the way (almost) all non-primes were before.

Normal frame parts can't be traded, only Prime ones. The only exception is Nezha because his parts are Sortie rewards, and all Sortie rewards are tradable.

She's a high damage Loki p, with a nicer invis that can last indefinitely providing you get some energy orbs (and with the pickpocket it has a high energy orb drop chance)
