Anyone else just not able to do anything?

I've been trying to log into the game and the site since the update hit. I downloaded the update effortlessly, but the game and the website wouldn't let me log in for the longest time. It just now let me log in....only to disconnect me the second I went to the relay to buy the stuff from Baro.

Baro's here on Kronia relay, because that's how you start the quest for Inaros, buying the BP for it from Baro.

Im getting huge frame rate crashes.  I get stuck in ship and cant move after I log in.  Never had this problem before, I cannot even play.,

How is it a spoiler? If you didn't know about it, then you would probably miss it after Baro has already left.

I have known for a long time already, also that this item will be permanent with Baro and tradeable. (So no need to worry about missing it).

Just trying to illustrate the irrational fear of spoilers that has been going on our forums ;)

Lag is bad at the moment. Tried out the new sabotage mission and seemed to stand still a lot, rolling lag every 5-10 seconds with stuttering sound effects.

Probably server load with new downloads and people logging in masse to the game. Snow storm over new jersey, my toaster oven laptop, etc.

the website is lagging too, I keep trying to type and its pausing the webpage to reload every few seconds. same as above most likely. hopefully clears up soon once the downloading calms down

I've had this happen too.  Restarting the game fixed it, but it sucks anyway.

I noticed that there is also an inconsistant speed at which the game starts up.  When it goes slower, I have noticed the nasty FPS drops while in the orbiter.  When it starts up normally it doesn't seem to be an issue.  So it would seem maybe the game isn't loading properly from the start, sometimes.

And now that there's a hotfix, i'm a version behind, but it won't connect and download the hotfix. So, not only can I not sign in, I can't even get the hotfix. And even if I do manage to download this and sign in, I still need to wait 6 hours to even start this quest. FML.

you can't contact support because we can't connect to warframe.com, i've pigned at content.warframe.com and it works, forums.warframe.com too which clearly i'm on and warframe.com fails.

Warframe.com and Client seem to be connected so both fail. i'm sooo pissed, i see people streaming warframe on PC right now and half of us are just pissed because we can't.

No relief from 18.5.1, as a matter of fact, things got worse. 

When I load in, audio gets all distorted at the password login, then takes about 30 seconds to get into ship, and then my computer hard froze.  I had to hard shutdown computer to get out of game.  Here are my specs:

Windows 7 64 Bit

AMD FX 8320 (8-ciore)

16GB DDR3 RAM

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost (1GB internal RAM)

 

Absolutely no problems before 18.5.
