0 SurrealEdge Posted March 17, 2016 Share Posted March 17, 2016 The last Dev Stream showed off the new Oberon skin, but there was no word of him getting any changes. In the same stream Scott made mention that Mag was being looked at because he chose her as his starter frame when he created a new account and testing the content from the view of a new player. It's assumed that Volt will get his rework after Mag as several streams back, they mentioned that both frames would be brought up to Excalibur tier with how they reworked him. "needs one" yeah, he does, a little bit. "bad" this I disagree with. A few tweaks. Some QoL improvements and Scaling, like Frost got.
