Draco leecher

Hello fellow Tennos,

   I start this Topic, because  last few weeks i met a lot of draco leechers at normal mission.I dont know if there are other themes about that.

So I just went in draco and fighting like a real Teno, hehe but some unskilled players just staying AFK for reason,which i CAN NOT understand sadly. Even they are high MR players,which is really interesting IMO. Will share few picture of draco leecher who i met before few minutes.

I delete the picture of player who was leecher, according to forums rules.

 

Well... i need an idea how i can fight vs that kind of players ? Should we post draco leechers name here so i can ignore all of them ? And other players could be informed of them.

I always pick Loki when I run pub so I can switch teleport those leechers into death zone. More enjoyable when they rage and become salty in chat and whispers. Then add them to my special blacklist.

ppl say 'dude just take screenshot report him wait de', but I've never seen ppl really get suspended for leeching.

Remove picture-names, its not allowed to point out players for any kind of harassment. Use support ticket instead.

2. Don't go to Draco.

3. Go to Draco with your friends and clanmates.

4. Make friends and clanmates if you have none.

 

However, what you suggest here (naming people, making lists) is against the forum rules. This practice, called "naming-and-shaming", is a major infraction and will get you reported.

Thats really interesting. Did not know that , i am really sorry. So i have to delete the picture... but he will not be punished ? And the right way is support ticket ?

sadly this is just only going to be seen as a name an shame post, which lets be honest. how can you shame that which behaves in such a shameless manner?

reporting does nothing, an hell even listing those that just shamelessly leech won't accomplish much.

there was a big uproar a year ago begging for vote kicking but in lue of being abused it got a pass without a second look.

BUT if those devs would lets say, apply an AFK check against the vote for an AFK Kick then UNLESS! they are truly AFK, it does nothing.

I'm not agenst people taking unranked gear into play so long as they can be of some use in any regards. hell even a disarm loki with all unranked weapons would be ok in my book

 

But I digress, this post will amount to nothing more then shouting at static to pass unnoticed and to fade into obscurity

The only way for you if you want to report a player is using support ticket and still i don't think he will get any kind of punishment for what he did (just staying afk).

support might help you only in case you got scammed - hacked (regarding the 'player report section') . But you will have to provide pictures - time - place - item trade - etc...

You're not entitled to farm Draco with random PUGs. If the random people in your group want to sit there AFK or doing nothing, then that's their prerogative.

There have been hundreds of threads like this over the years, but the simple fact is this: You can't force people whom you don't know to play Draco. Ignoring tons of people or making lists of names (which aren't allowed) won't help. Petitioning the developers won't help. You simply cannot control whether or not other players stand around doing nothing.

Get your friends, clan mates, or some people from recruitment chat to accompany you if you want to farm Draco, enough to be sure you can handle it with or without the assistance of random public folks

well... i have to gave up haha. We cant do anything vs that kind of players... As a Mirage he can use 4 ability, he can even try to cap towers.... I dont know what to say guys...

He was MR20 and when i was dead i just start to looking him and i see that he is moving and looking around, but thats all. 1 round -2 kills, 0% dmg , 0 pickup counts, just staying and looking how we fight.

I am really impressed !

haha, since i met few MR 18-21 in draco, who are leeching by staying in to the funnel and looking around, i believe its pretty common nowadays :)

Funny thing though, I reached MR17 without ever touching Draco or spamming Recruiting chat, and when I did run Draco I ran Mirage with Kulstar or Tonkor clearing out spawns with friends or clan mates, rather than standing around doing nothing. I never liked standing around letting Mesa or Mag kill everything.

Point is, you need to take charge of your own game rather than whining and trying to control everyone else.

Naming and shaming has no place on the forums.

That said, if you have videos/screenshots that corroborate your claims of someone leeching/AFKing on Draco, you can send in a Support Ticket to report the player. Support staff will be able to investigate, and if the user is found to be repeatedly leeching missions (without assisting other players), there may be actions taken against their account.
