War Within, When?

So it has been a while since we were promised The War Within, it was promised to come out in July until they decided to push it back to late August, than they decided to push it into late September, and just now we were told that it was being pushed into October. DE just tell us that it will be coming out in 2017 in September while shoveling out other updates because at this rate I am starting to lose hope that it will ever come out as promised.

To be fair to them though, they may have said July but they didn't say what year. Any hype is therefore assumed hype, and entirely our faults.

Oh come on. Better that the update works than it be out right now. I don't get the point of these topics. They said they're working on it as fast as possible. 

Or would your rather they release it and have it break 3 unrelated aspects of the game, give your computer a virus, increase the grind, remove all your weapon slots and shatter your toaster, ya know, like usual.
