No idea what just happened

So,I was helping this guy farming Rhino.We defeated the jackal and on extract this happened.

We didn't get any Rhino parts.Actually we didn't get anything.
I'm not complaining.I just want to know if this is a fault on my end (I was the host).
Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this.

Just froze in Simulacrum, and then got booted off.  So yeah... that's cool.

Having network not responding notifications coming up for some players atm.

Might be all the servers.

@MrM1 It may not be a bug.Maybe there was a problem with my connection. I just want to know what could have caused this so that I can prevent it from happening again.DE can't do anything if something is wrong with my connection.Not everything is DE's fault,you know.

"Network Not Responding" errors are back; even though I can pull up a Steam overlay and post this, my mission success fails to sync up. :p

Having the same problem, I've been trying to login during the last minutes and all I het is "network not responding" and "login failed. Check your info" :/

Seems like a good moment to see what that place called "outside" looks like

Well, I was on LoRN with my friends. We have finished the raid and got nothing... and then my game crashed. Nicely done.

I just got a Vaya sculpture and the game can't update my account info. If I press the abort button, I lose it. 
Connectivity on my end is obviously fine, seeing as I'm able to post on the forums.

EDIT: after 3-5 mins on waiting to update account... finnaly returned to ship

Just happened to me aswell, was in a mission with a friend, during the mission we saw the "Network Not Reponding" several times but it recovered. When we finished the mission, it came back and it failed to update account info, which means i lost everything i collected >.>

@Ryme I'm not being hit by it only now. I've been forced to the login screen multiple times yesterday(not so much after the hotfix),but I knew that was a server problem.I had no idea about this.
