Clan Emblem must be a 128x128 .PNG file. No exceptions. 2. The fee for uploading Clan Emblem is 150 Platinum. 3. We review all submissions. If we approve your image, you will see your Clan Emblem implemented in the nearest hotfix or update. If we reject it, we explain to you in an email why your image was rejected. Your Platinum will not be refunded. We will reject at our own discretion. Do not upload offensive and inappropriate images. Do not take the risk and upload questionable images. You will get a chance to preview the image before it gets submitted with your platinum The same thing goes with alliance emblems as well... The War Within. it recently dropped on PC and we are awaiting a cut off date for the content. It was stated the DE will probably make the content cut-off this Friday, meaning whatever content PC has by this Friday, that is what will likely be sent to Sony/MS for certification. Because DE can quickly deploy patches for PC for free, while console patches require certification, a process that costs money and takes 2 weeks or so of time per patch. And given that Specters of the Rail had 14 major hotfixes in 11 days, it's far, far easier for DE to drop content on the PC, patch all the bugs out of it until they're satisfied with the state of the content, and begin the long slog of getting it all optimized for console certification. You should get a notification in your inbox once approved. It took me less than 12 hours to get it. DE only has so many people dedicated to finding bugs and glitches, so they can't find them all. So, when it is released to PC, the 50,000 or so players at any given time have a chance to comb through it with a fine toothed comb. The 50 people or whatever at DE dedicated to bug/glitch finding can all have different experiences and find different things, but when released to the public, they can acquire more data about the bugs/glitches. Those bugs/glitches can be console breakers and can possible brick your system. that's why PC get it first. They feed DE data and based off that, we get a more fleshed out version. Once DE sets a cutoff date for console builds, they will sift through all the data and make it all usable for console, then send the build to Sony/MS so they can run it through their test to make sure it is safe and stable for console. It will sure happen Just take an example: You go buy some furniture, it takes 2 to 3 days to deliver. Just imagine if they need to push every emblem they get, then they will not have anything else to do but that. It took me one week to get it because we had a hotfix.
