SARYN WEAPONS TO USE WITH SPORES

hello i been playing alot with saryn on a spores build along with miasma and i have come to find dat i use hikou prime alot with amprex but other suggestions would help out alot

any throwing secondary (i like the spira prime) with concealed explosives do an amazing job.

This will depend on the content you are doing. If you are doing dps for something like Berehynia, you will need a weapon which can create a persistent cloud to trigger your spores on the molt you cast. Best examples are the Mutalist Cernos and Torid.

 

If you are doing less rigorous content, you have a choice between triggering the spores for the base damage as rapidly as possible, such as with a thrown weapon, like you already mention or a persistent fire weapon. If you are aiming for persistent fire, however, the Ignis is better than the Amprex for the reason that the latter is a crit weapon, whereas the former a status one.

There is also the Lanka method, where you are trying to cause the transfer of tremendous amounts of damage through the proc. For this, you will need a weapon, ideally the Lanka, to cause a crit-status proc to transfer by hitting an infected target with a fully zoomed shot and Catalyzer Link.

Any AoE weapon really. Elemental status ones works best.

Simulor, Staticor, Torrid, Ignis, Sonicor, I imagine Zarr works well but I haven't tried it.

Any AoE weapon can do or if gas or explosion element is on the weapon to cause spores to pop, Combustion Beam on Ignis, Quanta, Synapse, etc. also can do that very well.

The best Spore weapon is a melee weapon with large attack range :) Telos Boltace / whips / Orthos Prime all work wonders :)

Just turn on Toxin Lash and go to town

Ignis with gas damage type plus combustion mod so you can use a very high dmg secondary when needed.

Ignis, Pox and Caustacyst modded for gas.

Gas Pox with as much in the Toxin as you can get to pop Spores on your Molt if stationary and if you need something solid in Primary like a TigrisP. Gas Ignis for when on the move or in lower levelled missions, or if you have a solid hitter for a secondary like Akstiletto P or Vaykor Marelok. Lesion and run Toxic Lash for melee funs, esp with Naramon up.
