Brachion Posted April 10, 2017 Share Posted April 10, 2017 (edited) Recently, I opened a ticket about a Riven challenge that was bugged and nigh-impossible to complete given the game's current handling of enemy spawns. However, I was told that I had never attempted to unveil said Riven, despite the fact that I have multiple times, as other players in my clan can attest. The issue with the Riven is neither here nor there at this point, but the fact that there's an issue with accurately checking account status is concerning. I had problems with "Complete a level 30 defense without the defense object taking any damage" after several runs because I was the only one leaving at Wave 5, for some reason if I left while others stayed it was treated as a failure. What is the challenge you are trying to complete? A screenshot would be nice if possible just to make sure the text is clear.
