Help Identifying Blue Orb Surrounding Me

I was playing a nitain extract alert (defence on Ceres) and I noticed this blue orb along with blue energy tendrils surrounding me. I pointed it out to my squad, and nobody (including the founder I was with) could identify it. There was also a marker next to my health where most ability effects go, but I have never seen it before. Any help identifying this is appreciated.

From what I've heard : This is the visual effect of a Mod called "Energy Conversion" Given by Cephalon Simaris.

Based on the Buff Icon, that is indeed Energy Conversion, as everyone else has been saying.
