Yeah, with equilibrium maxed out you get more energy than you do HP for picking up red orbs. Great if you want to be able to use Terrify and SotD liberally. I assume TC meant whether it counts as taking damage for triggering the loss of a Health Conversion stack. Which, according to the Wiki, is not the case: http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Health_Conversion Health damage from using Nekros's Desecrate with the Despoil augment will not trigger a stack.
