So... what happened to greater lens?

So it seems greater lens are no longer obtainable as a drop?I haven't seen them in the bounty board rotation so i'm guessing they don't drop anymore.

If they are no longer a drop, can we get a reuseable blueprint please? and maybe half the forma to build them.

BP is in the market, forma, argon and oro cell along with 4 small lens is needed.

Yeah but paying 200k each time you want to make greater lens is annoying and expensive imo,not to include 2 forma every time. It should be a drop in the plains as has always been a drop

I don't recall greater lenses ever being a drop. Basic lenses have been though maybe I missed it but they have always needed to be crafted.

They were a Sortie Drop.

Nah, Greater Lenses were always there along with the regular ones.

With the number of Greater Lenses I had (at least a couple of each school except Unairu) I can assure you they were a Sortie drop, because I was NOT making that many of them.

Yes they were a sortie drop.

You should wait until the next focus update; they're making focus 2.1 now.

They were indeed a sortie drop pre Plains of Eidolon, but now they’ve been moved into the Bounties.

This isn't my image but it shows here 

They were then merged into a pool of just lens before they were moved to POE

And bounty reward drop ratres in general seem incredibly shifty so far.

Eagerly awaiting the upcoming change and hope it's worth it as common rewards are becoming rather sickening.

Bounties have Eidolon Lens (BP?) as a drop.  They're actually stronger than greater lenses. 

Also, unless you haven't been following along, getting one is like pulling teeth.

Problem is you need greater lens to make them as a blueprint...

You only ever need 2 greater lenses of each Focus type.

If you have Equinox and a good melee, just pour Everything into one tree before moving to the next.

They do that for a reason. The greater lens used decides what school the eidolon lens provides focus for.

Yeah there were 2 types in the sortie reward pool of normal and greater then they merged them into a lens reward pool of all lens at the time
