Tachya, The Speed frame (concept)

Name: Tachya (from the greek word for Speed, ‘Tachytita’)

Stats at rank 30 without mods:

Health- 250

Shields-275

Armour-30

Energy-300

Sprint speed-1.25

Polarity- Aura(-) 1xV

Passive ability- Accelerated Recovery: Enemy status effects last 50% duration & shields regenerate 50% faster.

Ability 1- Velocity: Rapidly strike an enemy a short distance away. (Guaranteed knockdown) 

Dmg- 60/100/130/160 (deals x1.5 dmg + puncture proc to any enemy stunned by Speed battery).

Cost- 25 energy

Range- 15m

Ability 2- Speed Battery: (Hold to charge) Generate energy by rapidly sprinting in a circle, release the energy as stun onto enemies that briefly opens them up to finishers and deals little damage, and grants power onto allies. The more energy is generated and the more shields are sacrificed, the more power will be granted unto allies (Tachya sacrifices 15% shields every second and cannot move while charging)

Cost- 10 base energy, 7 energy/s, can be charged for 6s.

(Stun lasts x1.5 duration if Perception is also active)

Stun duration (s)- 5/6/7/8

Stun dmg/s when fully charged- 10/15/20/25

Range (metres)- 20/22/25/30

Ability 3- Perception: Tachya’s movement speed is increased, making her significantly harder to hit and has increased melee attack speed.

Dmg reduction%- 25/30/40/50 (maxes at 80% with power strength mods)

Speed increase- x1.25/x1.5/x1.7/x2(maxes at x3.25 with power strength mods)

Melee speed increase- x1.1/x1.2/x1.3/x1.4 (maxes at x2 with power strength mods)

Duration- 10/14/18/22

Cost- 75

Ability 4- Illusive momentum

Rapidly dash between targets, speeding up after each enemy hit, and leaving a ‘speed mirage’ at their feet that distracts other enemies, distracted enemies take additional critical damage from Tachya & her teammate’s weapons. Initial impacts deal finisher damage to enemies stunned by Speed Battery.

Affects maximum of 8 enemies at base duration.

Maximum of 5 speed mirages at base duration.

Cost-100

base dmg- 250/300/350/400 (additional 50 for each enemy hit in a single use, built up dmg is not affected by power strength)

Mirage duration (s)- 5/8/10/12 (not affected by duration mods). Damage aimed at speed mirages can still pass through and hurt Tachya and her allies.

 

Appearance:

Slender and metallic finish. electricity emits from the feet after using Velocity, from the hands after using Speed Battery, from the whole body after Illusive momentum, and the face glows with energy colour while Perception is active.

 

Augments:

Menacing Velocity- Velocity procs any 1 status effect used on the melee weapon.

Influenced Perception- Allies within 10m of Tachya are granted the effects of the ability for 75% duration.

Aggravated Illusion- Speed Mirages absorb damage, which is reflected back at attackers in a small AoE explosion once the ability ends.

Tachya’s abilities allow her to be an exceptional melee frame, especially with condition overload melee weapons. I’ve tried to apply a lot of synergy to all her abilities so that none of her kit is ‘underused’ and can all be used in tandem with one another. Tachya also has the largest energy capacity of all warframes (tied with Volt Prime and I think Saryn Prime) due to her heavy reliance on abilities to keep her alive. For example, her support ability (Speed Battery) is much safer to cast if Perception is active aswell, as she would be more difficult to hit while in the animation. Or using Tachya’s increased speed from Perception to close the gap and deal finishers on the knocked down enemies from Speed Battery.

I highly doubt DE will take this into consideration. Sorry.

I understand that Volt has a speed ability, but the rest of his kit does not involve speed at all, so these frames would be very different in mehanics & playstyle. Similar to how we already had Banshee, then Octavia was added.
