Hey PS4 Tenno! We're aware the Winter Platinum sale ended early for the America regions today. This is not intended and came as a surprise since the sale was originally scheduled to end January 4th. Once everyone is back in their seats in the new year, we'll gear up to rectify the issue asap!

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we're away from DE's home base. 

In the meantime, all related threads will be merged here so that we can keep you updated. Thanks y'all!  

Jan 3rd update: We have returned from Holidays and are working on a solution, and will keep you updated as information becomes available. Thank you for your continued patience! 

Jan 10th update: I return to you with excellent news, Tenno. We just got word that the sale will return for America regions tomorrow, Wednesday, January 10th (sometime roughly around 2pm ET) and will be live until January 17th! 

We truly appreciate your patience as we worked to extend the sale for Amerca regions since it ended earlier than originally announced. Many thanks!

Has anyone stopped and thought that maybe DE aren't the ones to blame. It just may be Sony screwed up on this one, and now DE has to sort that out. The reason I ask is cause I remember seeing this the other day and wonder where it is

Patience.  It probably requires re-addressing contractual requirements.  Once they know one way or another and it's final, they will tell us.

DE is working on it.  They just know that making a "We are working on it." thread won't satisfy the player base.  On the flip side, it also means the sale isn't yet OFF the table, either.

I just wish they were better at communicating, then I could have made a more informed decision a week ago*.  Right now I'm left between two options, which are buy Prime access and enjoy the game for the last days of break or wait for a possible extended sale and get more plat for $5 less.  The lack of response is causing me to lean towards a third option of spending my money elsewhere. 

* I've been fortunate to have to nice things to barter in the marketplace, which at least allowed me to build some new frames.

Yay, clutching my man purse. Now the question is will the timeline run for as many days as were left, or are we out of luck? Some of us work, and I'm sure they considered that. Idk the solution is in progress. Hoping everyone finds it an awesome deal. I see Xbox One users here as well, does this thread apply to them as well? (they might own PS4). Not trying to be a jerk just thought it happened to them too.

If I were DE, I would just restart the sale completely. They would make a killing and sell more plat then they are selling now.

Off topic tho, DE you really need to look at your price models tho. Platinum is ridiculously high and 165 for a skin, and 75 for a color palette, come on now y'all can do a lot better then that.

I enjoy Warframe, but the cost of things needs to be toned down. If you consider at regular price the cost of 1 skin equals $10. Ridiculous!

 

These people that don't work and just throw mommy and daddy's  money around and buy $100s in plat can do it. Us working stiffs can't, as we have bills to pay and other more dire needs for our money.

Hopefully the plat issue will be fixed soon. I spent $70 and didn't realize the sale wasn't on!
