Remember not to send in multiple tickets on the same subject without getting a reply, as that can resort in MUCH longer wait times. Also if it is more complex it can take more time. The general support tickets I have seen take a few days, tops. What kind of problem are you having, anyways? All support needs to do is look up the file and relay the info to you. I'd be surprised though if the moderator didn't give that info already.
