depending on the subject of the ticket, it might take upwards of a month.

Remember not to send in multiple tickets on the same subject without getting a reply, as that can resort in MUCH longer wait times. When responding to staff, remember to remain respectful, provide as much detail as you can, and think of your words carefully.

Most only take a few days to a week, but if it is a ticket for a problem type that is common then it can take longer because they have support staff that work on specific tasks. Also if it is more complex it can take more time. The general support tickets I have seen take a few days, tops. What kind of problem are you having, anyways?

Something like that shouldn't take too long as the warning point has to have documentation filed with it behind why the point was issued against you. All support needs to do is look up the file and relay the info to you. I'd be surprised though if the moderator didn't give that info already. If you are looking to have the point revoked then it will take a bit longer, but again isn't something that would take a month.

How come it takes so long for such a hard working company

support gets thousand of tickets per day, most are repeats, most get reopened, most are trolls trying to bait them. It takes them a while before they can do anything

You're better off contacting the moderator in question who issued the warning to discuss the matter. If you still have complaints or issues afterwards, you can contact a member of DE's community staff who are most involved with forum moderation (such as @[DE]Aidan).
