No one is going to send you a PS message. What is your MR XP? Have you attempted the test and failed (there's a 24 hour cool-down on attempting tests)? Have you tried in a Relay and in your orbiter?
If you can take a screenshot of your MR XP in your profile and you're certain that you have enough XP for the MR 7 test, then I would send that to support along with whatever other screenshots you can take that show you are not being given the option to rank up.

That's true. OTOH, I don't think the intent is to have more rewards past rank 30. If they did that, then everyone would be constantly stressing about having to get as high a rank as possible and having to do every.single.challenge. The point of going past rank 30 wasn't to stress people out and give them FOMO.

That sounds like a bug.
Are you certain you used an Aura Forma and not a regular forma? If so, perhaps support can help.

That's 2 more credits per rank than you get during the first 30 levels.

Not sure what you are saying here. You find Roky sitting there and you can't interact with them?
For the second one, if there's no marker on the map, then there isn't a race at the location on that day. There are 22 total locations, but only 5 are active on any given day.

Kills by other give you 25% to your frame and 75% split among your equipped weapons.

Simaris has a tutorial that runs you through a scenario where you track and scan a target.

Track it as you move through the mission. Is it a capture? I can see how that would make it more difficult as you have to run to capture the enemy and can lose your tracking.

It doesn't say that.
"Win 3 wagers in a row without letting the enemy score in one match of The Index" is the exact text. It does not say 1 round. It says you have to do this all in one match, meaning that you have to win 3 wagers and not let the enemy score all in one match.

Just to make sure, did you have any other elemental mods or damage on the weapon that combined with the electricity mods to form another elemental damage type?
Did you note that it was giving you progress during the mission? Did it give you notice that it counted those 62 and then reset? Did it just count 2 during the mission and not reset?

Yeah, that happens when your data cannot be updated to your profile on the servers. It's a "bug" per se, but it could have been any number of networking factors that kept the data from uploading properly.

Game progress should be saved on DE's servers, so deleting your local save should not erase your game progress (although you may lose things like controller layouts and other personalizations).

The best you can do is put in a support ticket.
FWIW, I don't believe the system just grants clan ownership to people simply for logging in. I believe that someone has to put in a support ticket in order to have clan ownership transferred.

Are you shooting him in the face when it is exposed? Are you certain that he's not healing himself during the fight?

If you were only going after Pobbers, you shouldn't have been able to get 4/6, lol. But, that seems the likely culprit in your case along with a bug that allowed you to double-count one of the variants.

It's likely been saved server side in your preferences, so that's why a re-install didn't fix it. If you are using M&KB there's a key you can press to change the shoulder the camera looks over. I'm not sure what that key is, but you might ask around. If you're using controller, then maybe check the controller settings to see if you can find a button sequence that would have changed your camera that might change it back.
