Take screenshots of both their ads in Trade chat (assuming it was trade chat) and their responses to you in PMs (or any other chat). Send those screenshots to support.

DE does look at bug reports. They don't always answer posts, but they do look.

If someone is AFK and leeching, take screenshots/vid and report them to support through Zendesk.
If someone is low level and trying to participate, don't be a jerk and claim they are leeching. That is not an example of leeching. Play with them and help them.

That's even worse than a vote-kick system in that it only takes one person willing to ruin other people's games to cause issues.

There's nothing that any of us on the forums can do. Please submit support tickets. If people are sending harassing messages to you over PM or in game chat, screenshot and send to support.
Also, yes, you can send the videos you have to support, although you'll likely need to explain what is happening and why it's bad. You can also grab screenshots of profiles to show the people involved and their clan affiliations. Be detailed. The more detail you can provide support, the easier you make it on them.

Any damage to your health should grant energy through Hunter Adrenaline, so if you aren't gaining energy, that would sound like a bug.

What @(XB1)GaussPrimesaid is correct. If you send the screenshots to support, they should be able to look at what happened and decide the best course of action. I believe they have people that can read Russian speech.

That shouldn't happen. You can lessen the chance by muting your operator in the settings.

Just to make sure, do you have the riven installed on a weapon that you've equipped for the mission?
Did the defense target take no damage, including no damage to shields?
Were you playing solo or in a group? If the latter, were you the host?

If you can see it in the Arsenal but not in your mod station, check your filters to ensure they are set to view all mods. You likely have it set to not display maxed out mods.

In the case of needing a Forma, it should be 22000 standing needed (assuming it's not a case of digging out of the negative).

No, you don't have to have someone camp the laser, you just have to get to it quickly once you realize its health is depleted.

What are your GPU particles set to? Lowering the setting could help this issue and at least allow you to load into the mission.

If players are intentionally going AFK to leech, take screenshots and then send those to support.

I would suggest the following:
Take screenshots of your profile showing MR XP values. Also take a screenshot showing your profile with a weapon that is not maxed out. Take that weapon into a mission. Take a screenshot before the mission to show that it's not max rank and what rank it is. Rank it up in mission. Take a post mission screenshot showing what rank it is now. Go back into your profile and check your MR XP - take a screenshot of that. Check that weapon in your profile and take a screenshot of that as well. If you are concerned that you are losing progress after a reset, then restart the game and check your profile for MR XP and the weapon you used and take screenshots again. If anything isn't correct, send all those screenshots to support. Also, detail what you did. Be explicit and careful to explain every step you took and what each screenshot shows.
My guess is that you're just looking at the visual bar, which does glitch from time to time, not at the actual numbers. The numbers are what matters.
