    I put in a support ticket in when the drip gate was just starting and I just got a response yesterday clarifying that I was ineligible.

    That's what I'm really hoping for DE has very rarely led players astray. Any other company I would've lost hope for but I think DE has a good track record.

    Yeah they won't let you merge accounts if any of them copied at any point in the decade this game has been out even if the two accounts you want to merge are not copies of each other. Many people have mentioned this even founders when cross save was first starting to be released but DE has yet to respond to anyone.

    I don't know how many people they'll loose but the problem will only get MUCH larger when the general player base gets to this point

    Unfortunately I saw on reddit that some founders had this issue and got no response from DE about it

    I will happily burn my switch account to merge my actual used accounts because otherwise the "cross save" is just a punishment
  8. GunBuilt started following My account isnt eligible for a merge because of the account transfers almost 10 years ago? and I only ever copied data to the Switch, and as a result, I cannot merge my PC, Xbox, And PSN accounts

    It'd be different if we were warned about this when we copied our accounts but we weren't and now our progress on unrelated accounts can't be merged its ridiculous.

    I'm in the same boat I'd happily delete my switch account since I never play on it to allow my PC and Xbox account to merge.
