  1. Okay so I logged in today and am greeted with this: I don't know what to say, and I think I am just kinda exhausted because we still haven't been told what is being done about this for those in our situation, yet they are pushing it to the in game UI now.
  2. I second this, just a 'hey, we are working on this still' isn't unreasonable.
  3. What is the amount of time we can look for this to cook? I worry this will get postponed far past Tennocon, not that every person ever is all hands on that, but the people required to make the decisions about what to do with those of us who got slighted for supporting DE when the console migrations were promoted to us, are likely busy with Tennocon themselves. Like, look, even if a problem is had with how some of us have expressed frustration, you have to admit you yourselves would be upset in our positions too if because of a decision we made literal years ago impacted how we choose to play today. And what I really want to convey is how frustrating it is when you guys were completely content with telling us we had no options until many of us complained for months.

  5. It's weird too because they tease other games (destiny) for how Warframe will always allow you to play with content you paid for (except now in this scenario)
  6. You are correct, and Megan is communicating to us that we will not be compensated for our time and loyalty.
  7. I don't want this to go into extremes, the most we can do is stop playing, we don't own the contents of our accounts, no lawyer would take up the argument you are making there. We CAN though protest at Tennocon this summer to show everyone what we are dealing with.
  8. At the risk of looking like a fool, I am working on getting information from a player who made a claim which would indicate that they are lying/making a mistake. This player claims they won a special PS4 from a contest years ago, for which they made a migration of their account from PC to the PS4 Fast forward to when account migrations opened up, they were able to MERGE these migrated accounts for whatever reason. Right now they are submitting to support to get the information on their account to show me as proof. I only mention it now instead of waiting for that info as DE is making the merging a limited time thing, so I can't really sit on this imo. DE: If you did this for one player, why can't you do it for everyone? Was the pre condition that we win a PS4 from Taco Bell?
  9. It feels so incredibly frustrating to have done everything short of kicking and screaming to get this issue looked at and STILL, when we finally get an answer, it doesn't actually answer anything
  10. Reb replied on Twitter about this issue and that she was going to look into it. I have not seen an update though.
  11. I brought this up in the Warframe Discord, and a DE employee responded to me. He did mention he isn't involved in the development of Cross save, but he was curious what issue I was having. I explained the exact same issue we are having, and that I have already messaged support who told me that the devs need to comment on it as they cannot do anything about it. His response is to copy and paste the disclaimer they added to the FAQ about merging eligibility and tells me to submit a ticket to support, and doesn't respond to me any further.
  12. As per the agreement, it states that our accounts may be deleted after 12 months of no use OR if we submit a ticket to DE. I just want to merge my accounts guys. Why are you silent on this? How do you do a dev stream and still not say anything about this? I'm worried about losing money I've invested into these accounts.
