My name is Duality, I'm here for a few things to buy, my Cargo is filled with Sentient technology, along with my Warframe, this may explain the scanner issues, use a void mask to see into it, but be careful.
A Sentient is on board, I repeat a Sentient is on board, don't worry its with me..
A voice comes over the comms.
"You may want to check your cargo." It says. "Solar Rails will kill any unprotected Sentient."

You find a small resource container beneath the rubble. The Maggot chirps exictedly and nudges your leg. Namira sets the other one down and it looks at you before skittering after her. She peeks into the next room and pulls back, shaking her head.
"Ancients." She says. "Looks like Eximus. They're probably spectres judging from the collars. Too many to take on normally."

During the next two minutes, the column arrived the jump gate. It consisted of an average liset scout in its head, three skimitar-based heavy fighters featuring customized external plate armor and solid assortment of space-combat repeater cannons and rocket casings, one mantis-based extended dropship (casually called by dipatchers as "preggie"), and one mantis-based tactical torpedo carrier... Another noticeable thing besides having quite a huge arsenal as for an average diplomatic mission is that all vessels shared the same maroon-mid grey color scheme with pale-gold (or light sand) accent lines. Clan markings were also visible on the hulls of each vessel except the liset.
The navigator's voice (probably belonging to a person piloting the liset) rang again:
"All set - the convoy is ready to jump. Please, inform the ground control of our arrival, so we won't have to enforce transmission again"
One by one, the liset, three scimitars and two mantises disappeared in the round whirling vortex of jump gate.
You come out of punch to see a Formorian and several Galleons facing a small Xiphos. Several Orokin transport ships with a glaive-like insignia float in orbit. They seem to have positioned themselves in a sort of grid around the planet, between the arrival position and the planet.
As you slow you hear a voice across the comms.
"This is the Lasria." It says. "Please identify.... White Tigers?"
The voice seems to pause for a moment.
"You've cost the Sons of Hayden quite a bit of business" The voice says. "I look forward to meeting you in person."
You see the weapons on the ship closest to you power down. The space between it and the next ship shimmers and a force field vanishes.
"Captain Theylin of the Lasria grants you permission to descend." The voice says. It seems to be mocking you, but in a friendly way. "Welcome to Phenix."

Requesting a jump line for five M-scale armed vessels and one S-scale ship. The calibers holst-mode is already on and to be confirmed via visuals"
"Roger that." Simon says. "Please be aware that Formorian is friendly. Stand-off situation is taking place between unknown vessel and Formorian. Please refrain from getting involved."
The Rail begins powering up.
"Please also be aware that Sons of Hayden convoy has already reached orbit. Please refrain from entering their airspace."

((This is at Phenix. You are past the Rail. The ship is a Vaykor Formorian. Xiphos cannons wouldn't even scratch it.))

Darrin had expected something like this to happen eventually, but hearing it still gave him a headache. "Charge all weapons and scanners, Protocol 43. We have a stealth-capable unknown inbound." Following Protocol 43, what remained of the fleet positioned itself around the rail, ready to act as relays for the Fomorian's scanners. It was overkill for a single ship entering from a known point, but that was one of Darrin's specialties. As the ship exited punch, it's contents were laid bare. Whether or not the operator in that ship knew, that's another matter. "This is Arbiter Darrin of Miraalan, specify identification, purpose, and cargo."

"That ship was blocking our scanners." He shouts. "And you just let it pass."
"I don't get paid to check everything." The Tech says. "In fact I don't get paid at all."
"You get paid by being given safe haven from the Grineer and Corous." Simon says. "And if you cannot aid in maintaining that safer then you will not benefit from it."
He opens a channel to Darrin.
"Darrin we have a Xiphos with scanner resistant systems." He says. "Full power to the void echo scanners and weapons."
He bolts from the room and the Tech yawns.
"So uptight about everything." He says. "Dude needs to chill."

The Broodmother shudders and then holds still. Two bits of viral matter also land on the two remaining Maggots. Namira picks one up and it chirps adorably. The other one leaps at your leg like a happy puppy before darting over to the pile of rubble. It nudges a block of wall and chirps excitedly.

A single maggot sitters around the corner and stops. It sees you and the Ember and steels before darting around the corner. You hear hundred of little swirls as a Broodmother and a swarm of Maggots charge into view.
Namira summons bursts of flame to incinerate the first wave of Maggots. However there are quite a few more than expected.

He leans in his hammer.
"A word of warning though." He says. "There's one of them Perrin named Sven, weaselly sort of man. The type who'd bring a Redeemer to a knife fight and still lose."
He spits in the dirt.
"Steer clear of him." He said. "That man's nothing but trouble."

"I heard Perrin is looking for some help with a project." He says. "They won't let me anywhere near their labs."
He shrugs.
"Of course if you are already doing something I understand."

You find yourself in an infested overrun portion of the aforementioned lab. Growls come from the lower levels.
"I was kinda experimenting on a Lephantis sample." Ryoko says. "It is incapable of spreading. Of course this means it cannot grow any smarter and as such is stuck in a sort of blind rage. It's tearing through the facility. While it cannot spread it has resisted the system purge and would cause quite a bit if panic if unleashed.
Two Chargers spot you and Namira and run towards you.

Using Akt fire to switch stances would be nice.
We already have frames and guns that switch modes mid-mission (I.e Equinox and Stradavar) having a melee that dies the same would make adaptation its own play style.
Currently anyone who owns more than one weapon can switch between them after a mission.
Changing should be bound to the sky fire key, and should have a short animation and pause. Something like twisting the blades apart of together.
Like the Stradavar this is an interesting concept. It just needs some tweaks to make it more along the lines of what Warframe does.

Someone starts a fight in your area. You decide how to respond.
If that fight spills into the city standard response will occur.

Remember that Phenix is a planet. It has three continents. If your Tenno engages in negotiations it may be possible to set up your own little spot. Things like shops or entertainment ((keep it family friendly)) would be welcome. Things like labs researching the wildlife or new weapons would require a bit of convincing.
Synergy recently came under attack and suffered a good deal of property damage. Tenno offering to contribute to infrastructure, even if privately owned, would be viewed favorably.
Thus is partially an attempt to see what Tenno would do with a homeworld.

Things you control:
Rules of that region. Exception is in city shops or buildings.
Business. You DM business deals, and small occurrences.
Response to crime.
Appearance of your original ideas.
Things I (still) control.
Response to violence in city and other existing areas.
Details about natural wildlife.
Geography and Climate details.
Original Characters native to Synergy.

Ryoko weighed the Fang Prime in his hand.
"Make first incision in... Torsorial axis?" He says. "Am I reading that right?"
A female voice sounds out.
"Slit its stomach open."
Ryoko pauses.
"Wouldn't that send it's guts spilling out?" He asks.
*beat*
"That is the point of a dissection." The woman's voice says. "Now remember, no air freshebers. They'll compromise the chemical mix inside the body."
Ryoko places the knife to the belly of the beast and hesitates.
He licks his lips nervously.
"Making first incision." He says. "You know what? No. I'll just wait for the guy who does this for a living."

((The Benefit of this being a planet is that Tenno can, after negotiations, set up their own areas. Legion's shop was an example. Feel free to negotiate and set up anything from a fight club arena to a shop or lab.))
