any update on helping people fix account merging i haven't seen any official response and I refuse to just nuke one or the other (i've spent too much on both) because of it saying i have a switch account migrated (that i never did myself) I even posted back on 1/17/2024 instructed by support and never heard anything back

was sent to the forms from a support ticket, posting it here as I'm not sure what is going on here. Apparently, I have a switch account migration that had happened but I don't remember ever doing that. Attempted to merge my PC and PlayStation account which is unrelated to the switch and my PS account was never a migration and is older than the PC account says I can't. I've put a lot of money into the game on PC and PS and refuse to just throw that money away because of something I do not remember ever doing. If it's just a case of forgetting makes zero sense why an unrelated account is causing issues (I understand duplicates but this makes no sense). Overall until this is changed to where my account is fixed or allows for unrelated accounts to a migration can merge im going to be putting the game down and definitely not spending any more money

I went to merge my PC and PS Account and it's preventing me from doing so. It says that I've done a PC to Console to my knowledge I've never done the switch migration but I'm being told that I have. I Would like to merge my PC and PS accounts since both were created individually and I would not want to have to quit a game because I end up getting locked out of cross-trading and possibly other things due to being unable to merge (I know there is linking but I'm not going to wipe out nearly a thousand or 2 of money spent from one account or the other).
