If you can't beat one half of a boss fight, you don't get to *@##$ about what method others use to keep your useless &#! off the floor.

Blatantfool has, for the most part, argued in favour of Eclipse. Also, moderators are allowed to have opinions, as long as they aren't abusing their powers on people who disagree with them.

I thought this was going to be a Hydroid thread.

Why do ice levels still exist at all?
-
And also that Eclipse not be the one attacking an already existing free rail.
-
Also, the more of a monopoly Eclipse has, the less reason they have not to raise taxes further.

Scaling armour is dumb as hell, don't try to defend it. Enemy HP already scales, there's no point making heavy enemies take 1% damage on top of that.
-
Now hit enemies with your spinning sawstick.

2. disengaging the safety
5. re-engaging safety
ugh no

Complaining that others aren't spending extra time setting unimportant information strikes me as a little like complaining that you keep losing drag races because you decide to clean out your glove compartment before hitting the pedal.

Yes please I like videogames to be fun instead of not fun

So solo it. It's Infested, what's the big deal?

I'm pretty sure Eclipse put them there, actually. At least, I don't remember hitting a "Deploy Solar Rail On Behalf Of Eclipse" button.
-
They vary from trash to triple damage.

I help prod crewmen and scorches, and let everyone else die.
Well, except Napalms and Bombards can pretty much solo the mission, so they tend to live too.
-
It isn't currently practical for an attacker to try to beat the battle pay of a defender. I'll be interested to see if Eclipse actually lowers their taxes, now that they have a substantially longer period to collect them in between defenses.

Solar rail conflicts are a good source of fast missions with lasers, by the way.

So we understand: the fire rate does not increase the damage done per second. It simply makes you spew ammo out faster.
For reference, compare the Amprex to the Phage in terms of rate at which ammo is spent.
EDIT:
On another note. This thing is incredibly weak against anything level 20 or higher. The "crowd control" aspect is negligible as the chained damage halves with every new enemy it hits. It is faster to clear a room with a synapse than to use this weapon.
Fire rate does increase DPS. There's a reason the Phage has a listed damage per shot 40 times greater than the Amprex.

ppls are so cute, they keep said about u didn't use it so you can't say it OP or not, so you guy never face a unclear bomb
"Guys, I think there's a bomb over there! But I can't quite make it out..."

How holding multiple rails works does need a rework, since currently it's easier to hold many rails rather than one in most ways. That said, a hard cap is a poor solution. As absolute most, a cap of one per planet might work.

The research cost is trivial. The issue is that it takes three days, and cannot be rushed.

Basically a Saturday update.
Why Don't Volatile Runner's Deal Damage?

Infested are also the faction which is most prone to gitgudification. If you play properly, they don't really ever get a chance to attack you.
