  1. It could be an issue with Yareli, but the quest doesn't seem to progress for my friend and stops at multiple points. If gotten to the field too fast it doesn't load past equipping the xoris, and when attacking the specters and freeing the solaris only a light was left but no progress.
  2. Shield gate wouldn't help much either because it'd need a really long time to be beneficial and even then the high level enemies do such a high level of damage that that would just give you a single extra chance per extractor.
  3. I know it's unlikely, so this is mostly just for a fun side topic but does anyone else think -zoom is way to commonly wanted now? Like to the point it should be changed to - or + damage while aiming or something that still isn't as good but still good? Then just introduce normal -zoom mods to the game for those that need them for when you don't like the zoom. Because lately I've seen even new players looking for -zoom, and everyone always treats that stat as the only negative that works, while it is frustrating to sell anything without it it mostly just bothers me that not many people consider other optons like with faction mods on a riven.
  4. Well that's the funny thing and they did do that, the problem is that extractors dont have armor nor do they have defenses so it's just a blob of flesh and metal that gets mauled in seconds by grineer.
  5. That's kind of why I think it'd be nice to change that from slivers to just taking longer, at least in locations like the circuit. You don't always get a frame that's decent enough to defend an extractor or cryopod against enemies that are level 3000+ It would achieve the same goal, and just feel nicer than waiting 10+ min for a new extractor and trying not to die during that.
  6. Besides using a frame for them I mean, it would be nice to have them changed from being destroyed to just slowing them down for the sake of future game modes similar to the Circuit. Like in a regular mission it isn't too bad and you rarely do them to huge levels, but in the circuit it's completely different. So I think it'd be neat if they stopped at 1% HP when heavily damaged, and in exchange took 50-100% longer to complete. While it make most extractions in Circuit take 10 min-15 min at late game if it's damaged, I feel this achieves the same effect as if they were destroyed. You can't even fail a extraction anyway, it's just annoying so a change like this would feel nice and make the progression more smooth.| Anyone else think the same thing is viable?
  7. That's kind of what I'm wanting it to be, it's not only accomplishing that but letting you: 1) Roll a riven you like for a potentially different weapon you like to try different builds/ 2) Get really good stats for a weapon that could sell for lots if you want currency 3) Or as you said roll for a weapon that's new
  8. Yeah that's probably another big issue if the system was implemented, since rivens originally were, and still are, meant to help the less popular weapons. I think anyone who would want to use them though, the current riven system still makes it really hard to acquire a riven for them sometimes. So I believe having a system like this would instead help just as much towards that objective. since as of right now you can't really keep space for the less used weapons unless you happen to like the weapon yourself. If you can reroll weapons, it wouldn't hurt to keep one around to have fun with or just to reroll one to use for different weapons which might make more terrible ones more common on the market too since if they had good stats it would still be worth selling. Though if it really became a problem you could make it a different type of Riven too, call them Prismatic rivens or something. So we can only hold x prismatic rivens and they can roll the weapon and keep whatever stats they have on them.
  9. After my previous post I thought of a different idea, that wouldn't be market crashing or as incredibly damaging to the economy or to the community. What if Rivens were allowed to have the weapon on them rolled but the stats kept? It could have a high cost or be once a week thing from doing endgame content, and it would achieve the desired effect of making it easier to get the riven you want. Sure they'd still be expensive but then just the stats on a riven matter more in some cases, like if you get a zaw riven for example or a melee riven that has good stats on a weapon you enjoy you can slowly reroll for a weapon you'd want to change to. Like a stat stick or a weapon better for critical stats. Expensive weapons would still be expensive, but getting a riven with good stats would be an easier achievable goal for anyone and so having the option to reroll the weapon would make trading them more likely. Since it would likely change into wanting specific types instead. Though it also could take a dark turn and everyone only rolls for the good weapons and never any of the less common ones, so the idea definitely still has a lot of flaws.
  10. I agree and usually used riven.market, I'm glad to know it's still good. It was my bad for not specifying, I don't use trade chat to price rivens that's just foolish or chaotic, I merely meant the usual things instead. I've also experienced the same things in trade chat, and having not played for a while had forgotten about riven.market despite using it, and your guide will be a nice helpful thing to try out for extra information.
  11. Sometimes it feels that way, at least it was on console before cross-save, it's really hard to find like-minded people that would like to trade. They DO exist, I usually just have to wait in Maroos or spam trade chat for a while. Most people kind of follow everyone else in pricing, if someone manages to sell one for 2000 and it gets out, suddenly that mod is only 2000 and people rarely want to negotiate, usually only wanting platinum (which is understandable, as has been mentioned newer players. Warframe market also overtakes a lot of prices and once a value is "set" people never really negotiate or if they do the range is barely negligible at times (again haven't checked this recently since it was really bad on console before). It also doesn't have a combined cross save market on it yet I think which really makes it depend on the player you're trading with at times. Yes you can argue do research follow everyone else, but so far following hasn't ever earned me anything, in fact watching trade chat with a filter has always done me better than warframe market ever has. The only exception being rivens which I may use it for later on now that cross save and trade is out. I will note that maroos does kind of solve the issue, but it still isn't as effective as i'd like it to be.
  12. It's not so much being lazy but being frustrated that the system is seen as such without even considering the possibility. Furthermore, it's not upsetting for a person to say "No, I don't really want to deal with the work" it's upsetting to see short replies like "nty" without saying why. Like is it not worth that, ARE you listing everything everywhere on sites like warframe market? That's technically not my problem, personally I don't use sites like that, at least not yet. It was really bad on console since we didn't have enough players. I understand the difficulty to trade, I just don't understand the people who follow it like a holy doctrine without being polite. Usually for things like only buying unrolled, never selling lower than a set price, or not at least considering 250p + Felarx. Number 1 rule of bartering: offer more than the value not equal, to balance for the work.
  13. Maybe having both would solve the problem? Keep the current system but add the room so that people that don't feel like dealing with it can trade riven for riven?
  14. That is much more accurate towards what I wanted to say compared to my mess of text, and I also sympathize with using them for fun, a new weapon to try, or just the few missing stats in a weird build you're making. And yeah, after everyone pointed out the obvious flaws on how it could be worse it's honestly would just be nice to have an alternative somehow. Like Riven Wonder trading. Yes as above many others pointed out the obvious flaws in what I suggested, I don't really expect people to trade the least popular for ridiculously expensive but had the hope that if such a system were implemented it would have the effect making price comparisons less likely and focused more on trading for what you enjoy. While it would be harder to do, it'd promote passing rivens around more (again what my hope would be). Others however pointed out that the various problems that come with that are things like: Shady deals that use platinum anyway, or sheer value differences between new and old (even if I want to hopeful it would unfortunately still be accounted for in many others eyes.).
  15. As far as filters go, is there a way to filter rivens entirely in a simple way? I've always just filtered the meta prefixes like cri cro etc. to dwindle the numbers of rivens in it and hadn't really seen any other way.
