Passive: He a special guy: +25% more damage with automatic weapons. Abilities: I am Clem: Clem pulls out his favorite rifle and spin shoots. More damage an enemy up close to Clem. Jet Pack: Clem floats in air. This move boost Clem firing speed. It works like hydroid under tow as it base on same energy drain. Clem Doll-Clem sends out a decoy Clem doll. The doll does zero damage. It an hp sponge doll that allows Clem to run away. The doll hp and shields are base on Clems. Make it Rain: Ammo drops from the sky. Enemies take damage from falling ammo. Clem LV 1-30 Stats Health: 150-450 Shield: 150-450 Armor: 150 Power: 100 Speed: 1.00 Clem the comes with his own warframe slot. He has a special gun. It's called Not without my Clem. It comes with its own weapon slot. Also both comes auto equip with Orkion upgrades. Clem and his gun can't be sold. Also Clem and his gun both come with a free lady bug skin. His ability Jet pack looks like lady bug wings with the lady bug skin. Also no Clem Prime. Like umbra Clem is special. Now, from a lore point of view, having a Clem warframe means: (SPOILERS) - Infecting Clem with the technocyte virus - Wiping Clem's mind - Mind-puppeting Clem's mutated living corpse (His mind might be left intact if he became an Umbra, but you specifically said that you don't want an Umbra Clem) Why do you hate Clem, OP? Hey there was an artist in one of the streams that had a lady bug Clem drawing. I want Clem frame. Hydroid turns into water and it's ok. Clem has a jet pack and oh no troll topic. Clem is tech base. For example there could be some quest (at Darvo or somewhere else) for... a female Clem (Clema?). I'd say a female gunner that sort of lays on the ground to fire a big ass machinegun with supports ( sort of like this Clem and Clema were never separated again and Clem was never lonely again :) I'd also like to see them resurrect each other if one dies.
