QoL Changes and fixes to PoE that we need

Changes:

  1. Build a timer telling us the exact time remaining until day or night in PoE, on OV (Orb Vallis) normal and storm weather.
  2. The ability to re-sumon a Teralyst and restart the cycle, possibly by using a normal Eidolon Shard on the shrine to eliminate loading times.
    1. Possibly selecting the shard inserted to sumon Gantulysts and Hydrolysts without having to sumon their inferiors. In that case: Eidolon Shard sumons Teralyst, Brilliant Eidolon Shard sumons Gantulyst, Radiant Eidolon Shard sumons Hydrolyst.
      1. IDK what would sumon the "Flydolon" once it arrives but it would be nice having a way to fight it directly as having to fight through all 3 others may get annoying to do. For normal players even 2x4 fights would most likely get really hard, depending on how long a "Flydolon" takes, especially since most long-range AMP weapons that could hit it while flying have higher firerates and require more Void Strike charges.
  3. The ability change Focus in Cetus and Fortuna.
  4. Increased Vomvalyst spawn rate near Eidolons so lures can be charged faster.
  5. Listing of normal and charged lures following players so they can keep track of them easily.
  6. Less markers. The sheer amount of cores dropped during Eidolon hunts makes it difficult to see teammates marking other spots. Either disable them during the fight or make them a different color. But that is also rather low priority.
  7. Open up the remaining Grineer excavation sites and caves. We have to farm all the ores and gems so please let us do it in these places where there's a lot of deposits.
  8. Make Venus and possible new open worlds after it start at higher levels than Earth and take a bit longer to reach. If PoE starts at 5-15 and ends at 40-60, let's have OV start 15-30 and end at 60-80 so it's a bit more interesting and represents a growth in power of the player, having all the new stuff like Zaws and Mod Sets.

Fixes:

  1. Highest prority: Stop the random teleportation of Eidolons. Seriously, it's almost been a year since PoE came out. I think this is enough time to fix that bug as many others have.
  2. Fixing Kavats, perhaps Kubrows too falling through the ground for their owner being unrevivable.
  3. Low priority: Fixing the "Abandoning Objective" appearing on some Bounties even when running into the Objective.

Imo PoE is a Zombie project for now.

It will still get some minor fixes, but with Fortuna on the Horizon DE will focus on this for now and the next months

And soon after the release of Fortuna they'll star working on their next open-area and Fortuna is going to be abandoned too. Damn.

To be fair people has been asking for day-night and time-telling indication since Day-Night cycle is a thing on Earth, so I'd suggest having separate time indication on both PoE and general Earth Grineer Forest tileset, as well as a Day-Night indication for the later.

And I'm not sure about adding in more Vomvalyst near the Eidolon would be good, as the hunt progress, the Eidolon Lures would be eventually charged up, and so during the early phrase the lures would be useful for dealing with the Vomvalyst while you are taking down its shield and damage it, and often Lures at Grineer camp would most likely accompanied with Vomvalyst pair. And since you only need one charged Lure to stop the Eidolon from escaping and the required amount of Vomvalyst to charge up the Lure is three, it shouldn't be a problem to just charge up your Lures as you progress. At the same time, people who just start hunting down Eidolon may found the increased amount of Vomvalyst annoying to deal with as they lack the mass clearing tools to clean up the Vomvalyst, as well as visually confused during an intense fight.

Caves shouldn't be shown on the map right away as the caves are intended to be discovered and explored.

Either I'm very stupid or getting 3 is often harder than saying it.

I hope that some of these changes come piggyback with the "Flydolon" and Orb Vallis/Fortuna, as some of them would be nice for both open worlds.

As to fixes, even if it's 10 years after PoE: Bugs need to be fixed. No excuses. I can understand if the next update drains all manpower, but eventually things need to be fixed.
