Its Harrow Systems all over again 😞 Funny to me since the hardest of all the Phase is actually the fastest of all Phase (I never ran Phase 2 by itself so that is probably faster). The drops are just RNG as always. The same applies to the Bloodshed Sigil from Profit Taker. Yes, it exists as a drop. I had more issues getting the Toroids to rank up than the actual systems.
