I missed out on the Founder's Pack, I don't have the weapons found within ESO, I'm missing a few prime weapons, and Despair. Thank you for your time. 0 WhiteMarker Posted May 7, 2019 Share Posted May 7, 2019 Right now, no. Nobody can achieve MR30 with the items that are in the game as of right now. Sooner or later MR 30 will be achievable. Founders will be the first people to reach MR30, if they get everything else in the game. I mean they can command line it on the dev build but even DE staff can't have MR30 otherwise. Op - No, MR30 is not possible at the moment.
