Formas increas Wukong Prime's Capacity farther then other frames?

I just put my first Forma on my Wukong prime.
(because we got a Nightwave act "use 3 formas" which I save my formas for now)

I went from Rank 30 WP with 8/60 capacity,
to rank 0 with 8/72 capacity.
I'm MR 27, so it should have went to 8/54 capacity.

So Wukong Prime's mod capacity increase like with that Sentient sword you get from Ballas?

Or is this a bug?

I would LOVE it if everything would get some kind of boost based on how many formas you put used on it.
Not just extra mod capacity, but like, a small % boost to a specific stat. (preferably choose-able)
Like, put on a forma, then get a +1/2/3/4 or 5% to a chosen stat.
5% more base health, 1% more base power efficiency, 2% more base power strength, 3% more base energy, or something else.
Maybe have those points could work like Diablo 3's Paragon points.

~edit
If it is intentional and not a bug, i'm actually pretty annoyed.
I put on a D for Vitality, I could have put a V for Hunter Adrenalin instead and used that extra cap for Umbral Vitality.

Huge, huge, huge, huge NO to stats boost on formas. They already provide an INSANE boost by allowing you to put more/more powerful mods, why tf would we need them to add ANOTHER layer of stats ?

Stats are managed by Mods. And that's it.

So people can use warframes that aren't End-Game able in the end game.
Like Ember, one of my faves, but will never be good past level 60 missions.

no, they're just use their already powerful meta frames which are more powerful if you what you suggested goes through

more power for all the things isn't gonna fix the meta

DE could just me the weak stuff stronger.
Or make Rivens currently governed by popularity, instead governed by how strong the actual weapon is.
The best shuriken has higher disposition then the weakest shuriken, it should be the other way around.

Personally I dont use any shield or hp mods :l

just sayin they don't do too much for you, theres better mods that you could replace em with. (Use steel fiber lol)

I'm an idiot, I removed the mods, then formad, then put on the aura, then got confused.

Don’t worry about it. First few times I used  Wukong Normie I kept seeing my WuClone and thought to myself “Hey, another wukong with the exact colours as me. What are the odds!”

And wtf does a +5% in one stat will do to fix Ember ?

I think Ember's problems lie more within her lack of survivability, which won't be solved by +5% HP, and Fire damage being lame overall (which won't be solved either by a +X% to one stat).

Anyway, you don't solve potential balance issue by adding something that affects all Warframes and Weapons. Otherwise DE would just blanket buff everything in this game by 500% and boom everything solved ?

Edit: Anyway, Ember is good past lvl 60. She will for sure hit a wall sooner than Saryns and Mesas or any scaling Warframe, but if you really want to use Ember, you can probably do 2-hour Mot survivals without any issue. Sounds like a "you" problem here.
