I feel the plat price point for the Doomestik is a bit high for what it actually does. If it did this I wouldn't mind the price so much. 😉

I'd prefer if they spent that time working on the new war and empyrion and not be distracted with non gameplay elements.

DE had to capitalize on the potential of the drones. They're still running a business afterall.

Different devs. The ones who make skins aren't the same as the ones who are working on railjack/new war, just as they as are not the same devs responsible for balancing content. 

Sending some devs to add new cosmetic items would only delay the release of other cosmetic items (assuming they were working on any in the first place)

Implementing something like this would take almost no time at all.  It's like when people complained about the different colored roombas 'taking precious time' from developing empyrean and new war, anyone competent could do that in 10 minutes.
