She has Somatics weird eyes and flashbacks to the Old War. She's even an astral projection (the Grineer don't react to her presence or disappearance, as if she was never physically present). That seems pretty Tenno to me. As for why the clothes aren't in the game, one likely reason is that if they ever are, they will be once these things show up.
