я бы хотел видить фрейма девушка лесичка анимэ стиля няшную и хрупкую на вид

1 способность была бы воздушный посылуй заставлючая врога быть союзником на 30 секунд ( больше если есть сила) 

2 способность поцелуй дружбы накладывающий баф на 40 секунд от тоторого увеличивалось показание силлы других фреймов на 60%

3 способность призыв большого пса на одну минуту который зачичает хрупкого фрейма 

4 способность садится на большую собаку позволяет востаноывить здоровья ( сабакой нельзя упровлять она действует свободно как искалебур умбра) отмена способности позволяет слезть с петомца

характеристики персонажа:

WARFRAME NAME: VULCAN (or IFREET)

THEME: (
Nuclear fire / explosions / nuclear reactors / reactor meltdown / radiation hazard / nuclear apocalypse)

I tried to go for a kind of male counterpart of Nova. If Nova is a versatile surgical knife expertly wielding advanced tech, Vulcan is a wrecking ball of pure rage. He houses a nuclear furnace within him, and the more he fights, the more he charges up that furnace and uses it to launch attacks of cataclysmic proportions. Vulcan is the fire that will consume civilization itself. Thematically, Vulcan is not as 'advanced' or high-tech as Nova. He is just an unstable, violent prototype that must be handled with extreme caution.

INFLUENCES: (Grineer / Terminator T800 / Superman / DragonBall / Godzilla / WH40K)

Think of Vulcan as a frame with Grineer influences. Or if Godzilla took the form of a warframe. He is slower than your average frame, but tanky and immensely destructive. However, his power is not available whenever you want it. Read on to see what I mean by this.

ROLE: Tank/DPS

Yes, I know that this is a combination of the two best roles in the game right now, but there are balances to this.

REACTOR: Vulcan's passive and special meter/resource  
(Read this part carefully)


Vulcan has a 'reaction' meter. This represents at what capacity Vulcan is currently operating on. The closer it is to 100%, the more powerful some of Vulcan's abilities will be. There will be tiers to this meter: 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100%. The equation for this is (accuracy percentage x percentage of fire rate used x 2)% rise per second. If you stay still for a period of time, your meter will start to decay. Maybe with a reverse S-curve.

So this means that to increase the reaction meter at the fastest rate possible, you will need not only a high accuracy figure, but you'll also need to use as much of your full fire-rate as possible. If you randomly spray bullets all over the place and your accuracy is, say 10%, then your meter will increase at a rate of (0.1 x 1 x 2) = 0.2% per second, and you will need 500 seconds to reach 100%. On the other extreme, if you camp at a spot and just accurately snipe one or two enemies every now and then, just using 10% of your possible firerate, your rate of increase will be (1 x 0.1 x 2)% per second, and you will need 500 seconds again.

SO, YOU WILL NEED TO FIGHT AT FULL CAPACITY YOURSELF, AKA BY BEING BOTH SUPER ACCURATE AND USING AS MUCH POTENTIAL FIRERATE AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN. IF YOU HAVE PERFECT ACCURACY AND NEVER STOP HITTING ENEMIES, YOU WILL REACH FULL 100% CAPACITY IN 50 SECONDS. The reaction meter does NOT depend on number of enemies killed, so you're not overpowered at lower levels and underpowered at higher levels. It just depends on how hard you're fighting. And you will HAVE to keep on fighting enemies, because otherwise the meter will start decaying. You are a nuclear furnace. You will need a continuous supply of good quality fuel.

Vulcan will thrive in places like ESO or high level survivals or against powerful bosses who can tank a lot of hits. He will underperform in easy missions because there won't be enough powerful enemies to let him operate at peak capacity.

I have ideas for his abilities, but I'll talk about them later in the future threads if this gets any traction.

Transforming warframe  combine stalker and sentient looks like cooler from base and his final form but like he will have voice acting when his transformation happens and cinematic story 

support mode thickness 

passive:

Mega support get you team each one minute one free cast ability on yourself and team frames then you don't need energy if you don't have energy is you last resort and nice

1  part one ability will have bonus for you team why not better volt who have 50 metter affinity range 50%+ speed   and you get super armor it not simple armor like chroma or rhino who only gives you damage resistance and bonus elemental you get 500 +-  because you need do a lot testing on super armor for rest of the game and not can be negated except from nulifiers then you get super tanky of course why can change this in too different ability like ivara has her arrows this farm can anti support team def give you  

the ability not stacking same frame

1 part two you get 50% more damage but all you team gets 50 %+ more damage because you have supper armor effect will be that bad can be erected by strength mods

1 part 3 you get effect like chroma but for energy color you chose any who shots in you get status effect bu color if you chose white you can get cold procs range is 50 meters but the only get effect but not getting damaged allot ez on lv 30 +- but not good against level 100+ but you can crowd control

1 part 4 supreme get supreme any one the warframes and give them strength buff duration buff and efficiency buff 30% effected my strength mods and duration

2 ability shadow mode you get like limbo in the void but you become shadow and make all team the can go ignore all enemy for good speed runs because this ability not effected by any enemy nuli enemys but you can't do any damage 

2 part one why not make team invisible for 5 sec 5 sec cool downs  50% status chance can be effected by duration and strength mods

 

3 ability energy blast you don't need energy spend all energy by 50 meters and on each kill you get 15% on head shot and 7% on normal kill plus slow enemy by 20% kinda op minus strength you get speed boost 20% but max you can have speed and is 20% -20% for balance still nova need too be meta

4 ability you get you enemy damage debufff 50% and you  effected warframes will get res against gas toxin and magnetic effects 50 meter range not effected by range mods and max reduction is 70%

then you get nice transformation with cool animation and voice

when you transform get different passive

then not forget you need be smart and not forget one thing cast all support ability on yourself 

passive all ability cast  on you support from will be on the rest on the game when you transform   that part for one free each minute ability cast for free max 5 ability  stacks on frame that means you can have like Trinity damage reduction volt speed Octavia damage speed buffs Chroma vex armor rhino damage buff but keeps only on 5 ability you get for rest game wen you transform

1 ability exalted tail you can grab enemy's and shoot them in the head or just melee them 

2 ability super shadow mode lets you use weapons and use melee but you can be damaged when you use them get 50 chance get doges any damage for one sec each you using guns melee

3 ability lets you get get all enemy in air but and get them together control them like the god but you can use against enemy you see range is 35 meters can not be clanged by range mods

4 is extolled fist you get 100% red crits and plus 100% plus status with true damage on the extolled fists but only red crits on guns but is have side effect is realy simple is drain you can keep this ability forever but you need get kills become hyper carry on the team on pve game is get 5% energy on normal kills and 10% on the head shots drain is 3-4% each second kinda fast drain   not effected by efficiency mods or duration mods only by melee mods and strength mods 

this some kinda need maybe better improve and balance not final decision or maybe my crazy and idea or not😲😲😲😲:facepalm:

We need a werewolf warframe, and i think that was be cool, if he gonna be have a Kubrow, like the Kavat from Chora. Well, my english is bad, and i will try to explain on Russian, okay?
 Кхм, было бы круто, если бы у нас был бы варфрейм вервольф, да и ещё со своим изменённым кубрау, по типу Венари у Коры.
Я не знаю какие ему способности можно было бы придумать... Но вот ультимейт: Варфрейм немного увеличивается в размерах, после чего издаётся громкий вой, который дезориентирует противников на некоторое время, можно так же сделать так, чтобы варфрейм бегал на своих четверых лапах, при этом увеличивая свою скорость, ну и конечно же - когти это его оружие.

My idea- it may be long so bear with :)

Mechanical and technology based frame - yrotec (please Somone suggest a better name)

Design philosophy: quite a tall frame similar to chroma prime in stature, The actual look is a Warframe made up of lots of metallic plates all over it over a base skin which would combine orange highlights and a darker metallic texture with wires seen on it, the overall look would be like a fusion of old and new technologies incorporated into one frame - sleek armour plating sometimes exposing cogs and steam vents and wiring

Specific design points:

Helmet has horns (3x) that come out of the side and one larger one from front of the head (they all curve upwards)

Various points on the armour have somewhat declarative orange spines and things that look like vents (could be incorporated into abilities maybe idk)

Third arm - (only would detach itself from the right arm to be used to cast an ability - there is one I had in mind for this)

Various glowing orange parts

Possibly cogs that sit inside hinged joints but are just visable

Clawed feet and hands?

Possibly drips molten metal at various points

 

No idea if we are supposed to do powers in these posts but il put my ideas in anywsys beacause it can't hurt:

Passiv + : Degradation - Robotic type enemies do very little damage when nearby to this frame as being in its presence hinders more modern technology

Passive - : Brittle - Melee attacks are far stronger against this frame due to its form not being entirely solid

Active 1: previously mentioned third arm detaches and fires slightly explosive shrapnel at enemies targeted or either that get to close (initial casting 25, targeting 0, takes a steady amount of energy to keep open)

Active 2: Diffuse - The frame loses 80% of its health and shields as it's metal casing disperses into the surroundings to become a replenishing legion of quite weak spectres that take health and shields off you as mentioned earlier (never take you bellow a certain threshold though) the specters follow you and use the weapon that you were using when the ability was cast

Active 3:  Fortress - The frame gains an additional (undecided)% of health and shield from surrounding enemies as it absorbs their shields and armour, however when you do this ability you remain completely stationary while you use it, effectively you freeze in place and become highly damage resistant while your enemies weaken

Active 4: Defragmatsim - the frame becomes a mobile stream of molten metal that travels very quickly and inflicts heat damage and impact damage especially, this can synergise with the second ability wherein when 4 is used while 2 is active the spectres and you all become different molten streams that are smaller than the single one and independent

Well that is the basics of my idea, would love it if other people found it interesting and thank you to anyone who endured the tediousness of all that I just wrote :)

Gambit - gambler frame:
Role: buffing / general support
Theme: setting small challanges that grant buffs for the team when completed with the ability to increase risk and rewards by spending energy
example: kill 10 enemies in 20s to get a damage buff for a minute, hold the ability button to increase the number of enemies and buff strength

Maybe a scanner Warframe? He/She could have powers to scan for materials, mods, maybe enemies but banshee has it already, maybe a drone to go around and pick up materials around the map and bring them to you, maybe even multiplying materials which could be useful for when you’re farming and maybe a attack power that you can fire materials at enemies and later pick them up or something like that. For me it would be kinda cool at least, also this Warframe could be craft-able at dojo maybe. Well that’s my idea at least but I like to her on the other opinions. Have a good day!

made this as a joke and was forced by a friend to post here so here it is.

a Frog

  • a wall-latching toxin-focused frog-like small warframe
  • passively latches onto walls without needing to hold right click
  • 1st ability he spits out a ball of toxin with AOE damage and guaranteed toxin proc
  • 2nd ability spits out a ball of toxin that increases allies' armor and health by a percentage. depends on ally's own stats. caps out at 40% increase.
  • 3rd ability is camoflouge. blends into wall. invisible on that one wall and if he jumps into another wall his invisibility runs out after 3 seconds. doesnt cost energy to cast but drains energy over time
  • 4th ability is an exalted whip coming out of his mouth. exalted tongue. status weapon with innate toxin. shoots out projectiles.

stats will be above average health, average armor, above average shields and thicc energy reserves.

A bud/arthropod themed warframe would be cool, like nidus but less infested and more insect-like. It could have abilities similar to wisp's where it summons different types of bugs that give buffs or attack enemies.

Edit: a cool origin for it could be earth's bugs that mutated because of the orokin. The orokin could think to weaponize them.

As for the name, Hexa or  somthing bug like would be cool(spider man).

2 abiliti: sonething likes a rage mode

3 ability spown a Spartan soldier like celestiale twin but White only shild and spiar

4 ability spown his hown shild and spear

Passive every time that ho get healt damage It Will encrise his THIS IS SPARTA KIK

The "Failure" frame. A frame shottily put together, with a barebones or trash-like appearance. The warframe would have a theme of overzealous construction being mishandled, such as body parts exploding off to cause damage after which must be recovered to use again. This warframe would also use past mechanics that may have been removed such as self-Damage in a unique way to celebrate the progress the game has made over the years. This frame may also have a theme that extends into a self-reliant view with a built in Rage Mod mechanic or another gaugelike system in the vain of Nidus, Gauss, Ember. Pollution and sludge oozes from his inner workings showing his defective yet functional persona. His character would be a positive yet unlucky soul. Showing he struggles to keep a normal stature but still perseveres. The abilities he uses would be more or less a detriment to his health due to poor contruction so it would be imperitive that this frame watches his health. Being of a unique construction it would not be out of question that enemies destroyed would provide a unique part to add to himself during his missions. Grineer covered in so much metal provide a great boost of armor, while the corpus tech helps recharge an overshield battery. Of course these additions may change the way he has to interact with his environment. This frame just wants to show the that he is more than trash and and failure personified which is why perseverance is rewarded. Thank you for reviewing my submission.

Ok, my idea is - thungerion. Born of sin in war. Driven by hatred and the will of being the most powerfull creature. This Warframe is automatically controlled, like an Excalibur umbra. His body is covered by full metal armour, bone growth and flesh. Basically his collored in bright red, black, and orange colour compilation. Main feature of this Warframe lies in the fact that he has lain since the war for thousands of years.  And when the operator finds him, he does not suspect what evil lurks in this warframe.  When used, the warframe will strengthen the operator, but at the same time, absorb his consciousness and will.  Not a bad idea for a new quest as for me.  I will be very grateful and satisfied if you at least read this post.

"Monarch" themed warframe. Has a moddable "Royal Guard" that either summons 2 Archers or 2 Guardians, depending on his current 'Decree' Guardians give defensive Abilities, maybe shield/DR wells, makes him tankier, less movement, while Archers would be offensive, arrow barrages, banners, something like that. Would be a stance changer like Equinox, just have more dichotomy between the two 'Decrees'

A phantom Warframe that can't use any weapon they have in the Arsenal, and relies on utilizing the enemy's strength and using it against them, Something like stealing an enemy's ability, Outright stealing an enemy's gun (the said stolen gun's stats scale with the enemy's level), Give the frame an actual command grab move that resembles the Kuva Liches' old wrestling move that was removed recently while you're at it.

Concept abilities:

Passive: You're unarmed at the beginning of each mission, You can't equip any weapon you have in inventory, Any weapon and/or ability you get from the mission will be lost when you finish the mission.

Power 1# : Copycat - If you use this power while targeting an enemy, Your Warframe will attempt to copy the said enemy's ability (if they have one), This includes Eximus and Shockwave MOA shockwaves, Stalker's abilities, Grineer's grenades, those stuff, On PvP you'll copy the enemy Tenno's first Warframe ability instead, Hold 1 while having a copied ability to shoot a giant energy blast at the cost of sacrificing the copied ability.

Power 2# : Phantom Theft - A close-ranged command grab that when it lands on an enemy, will trigger a unique finisher animation and will end with you dealing crazy huge damage at the enemy and if possible, steal their currently equipped weapon, This weapon's stats will scale depending on the enemy's level, Hold 2 while having a stolen weapon to overload it, increasing its stats by 200% (affected by Power Strength), but it'll end up getting destroyed after 20s (can be extended by Power Duration), Holding 2 again with an overloaded weapon will cause your Warframe to throw the overloaded weapon like a grenade and deal the weapon's base scaled damage multiplied by 10.

Pressing 2 with a weapon will just have you do the command grab and steal another weapon when successfully landed, You can only hold 2 weapons at a time.

Power 3# : (name pending) - You can do a special weird attack depending on your stolen weapon, for example, If it is an assault rifle, the Warframe will shoot and spin maniacally on all directions, Guaranteed impact proc on each shot, If it is a pistol, the Warframe will do a Slash Dash-esque attack with the pistol, ending with a very empowered pistol shot when the Warframe reaches an enemy that penetrates everything, If it is a melee weapon, the Warframe will do a very weird composite combo real freaking quick depending on the weapon type, e.g; Sword weapons will have a weird Iron Phoenix plunge stab at first, then transition to Vengeful Revenant's despair combo, ending it with a huge sword slam.

Power 4# : Possess - You know, The entire theme of this frame is stealing, right? Why don't we go the extra mile and make the Warframe do a powerful version of Transference and outright STEAL an enemy, like the good ol' "a ghost possessing a person" trope?

Yeah, This ability is basically this; After an ultra slow start-up animation while targeting an enemy, You gain total control over the said enemy 'till they die or you manually cancel it, Exactly like that Maw segment from The War Within, You play as a legit enemy and 'betray' them by shooting behind their backs, The enemy's damage will be buffed (scaling with their level) so you can actually kill enemies with the possessed enemy, and Friendly fire will be enabled; Your Tenno can kill the enemy you possessed, however the possessed enemy will have a unique FX to give your allies an indication that you've possessed the said enemy, so when you possess that one level 2312193 Corrupted Bombard in the middle of a 10 hours Survival mission, You would want to have a FX to make your buddies stay clear and jump back a bit because you're about to slam every single freaking enemy with your killer rockets that can one-shot every single enemy that exists during the survival mission.
