Take off shield gating in conclave

maybe Enemies is the key here. Enemies with Shields in PvE is supposed to bypass all Damage on break except for a fractional Percentage, right? well, maybe that's the appropriate way for Conclave to go.
such as, body hits bypass all Damage on break except for __% of the breaking hit. Headshots allow a larger Percentage of the breaking hit to continue. maybe 25/40%, idk.

to not bias against Spike Damage Weapons too much, that should also probably be paired with a short invulnerability period. so you get protection for one hit and for say, 100 Milliseconds.

 

removing it entirely would keep the previous status quo, but if this stuff is adjusted for Conclave, it should provide a positive effect that feels fairly consistent with the rest of the game (but isn't technically consistent), right?

remove shieldgating in conclave or add shield reacharge cooldown of like 15-30 seconds like in some shooters.
in its current state its nice in PVE but for a PVP gamemode it makes the whole thing cheasy and unfair and not skill oriented.

Imo how it was is better than now ,now u have immortality for body shots for 3-2 seconds after 0 shields

If you mean one shotting players with minimum to no effort as better then I don't want it. You complained when they nerfed Staticor to a more manageable state, which it is now, and called it unfair despite it still being more than capable in doing damage and and killing enemies. Yes, being invulnerable for any amount of time is not good or suited for PvP but shield gating serves a purpose to protect players from lazy, grossly over tuned, heavy hitting weapons. Something that Conclave previously was harshly plagued by, something you seem to see as better than now? The current system of shield gating isn't perfect but its no where near worse than what came before as of recent times. 

This doesn't dismiss a bigger issue overall in conclave and its only gotten worse since DE pulled their efforts back in 2017, the weapons, abilities, and EHP values need an overhaul. Not asking for magic, it just needs to be simplified to more easily allow proper balancing to occur without as much hassle or discussion of currently. I advise people do some thinking not about whats good or bad, but whats good or best for Conclave. Strive to enable progress for a better Conclave.

Ok u got me ,i just want to oneshot with staticor 🙂 and zeus want to 1 shot with castanas 🙂

For consoles maybe, where people can't use autos so they couldn't kill in less than 1 mag anyway. It's terrible on PC.

Hello pc head shots are an issue what? Also use abilities to fiinsh people. But people abuse knock down to much now you have to be skilled. 

Head shots and abilites ignore shield gating so just be smarter. With this update de should add ember back and a few others.

In PC people can move while hipfiring accurately so the overall level of mobility makes headshots on autos not perfectly consistent.
