Actually afaic the real problem is that even if it did 10x the damage, scaled with enemy level, and the type adapted to weaknesses it would just be a miserable ultimate. But I'm all for a Sound Quake damage buff since it's unlikely to get tossed in the bin at this point. And it would help Resonating Quake, which, if not exactly inspiring, is at least tolerable. Balancing it would be a huge headache because it will be an “overwhelming choice” no matter what. It’s best to replace it with something new.
