Here is a timeline of what happened to my account related to Migration and Cross-Save:

1) The Nintendo Switch version of Warframe releases. I make a new account there with my regular account name since I couldn't transfer anything over and had to start anew.

2) When Migration to Nintendo Switch got enabled and we could copy a previous account in order to play it on the latest Nintendo Switch version of Warframe, I did it. Since I already had a "RextintorZ" account on one of my Nintendo Switch user accounts, I just used a second NW user account and migrated it over there. And because I already had created the original "RextintorZ", I named the second one as "RextintorZ2". 

3) Fast forward to now (precisely on January 18th 2024) and the Cross-Save program resumed a few days ago. I logged in the Warframe website with my PC account and successfully connected my Nintendo account and agreed with the deletion of my previous Switch profile in order to complete the process.

4) With the Cross-Save enabled, I finally got to use my main account (PC version) on the Switch. To my surprise, the name of my account on the Nintendo Switch was still named as "RextintorZ2". Yes, it is the same NS user account that I used before. It didn't completely erase that old NS account, apparently.

5) Since the Cross-Save was still a success, I went straight to the arsenal and checked if I could use Excalibur Prime. Before Cross-Save, only the glyphs on my Orbiter and the Excalibur Prime helmet in my Inventory list were visible on my NS account. But because of Cross-Save, I can finally use the Excalibur Prime warframe.

Though I could use the warframe, the Skana Prime is bugged. I can select it and it shows that I have Skana Prime equipped in the loadout screen, my character keeps holding a regular Skana. Whenever I quit the arsenal, it defaults to the regular Skana. I can change mods on the Skana Prime but I can never use it.

Another issue is that I don't have the Excalibur Prime glyph on my NS account.

i merged switch with playstation now i have a dam bug with my inbox theirs no unread ones yet it takes me to it after every mission or load in a relay

I merged the wrong account due to poor wording/understanding and now stand to lose a lot of stuff and money due to this please help I haven't merged the desired account yet due to refusal of losing the progress

Hello Xbox player here, beside not being able to connect to people for very long I've run into what I'm hoping isnt a very big problem. I made a PC account for cross save to help my buddies out, but after I did the account merge. It's says that I must log out before I log back in when i check the website it's says my cross was wasn't successful, but if I long in on the pc account its doesnt even show that cross save has worked

hello i recently purchased the sanctum supporter pack and the gauss Prime Access - Accessories pack and lost them when i linked my accounts will i ever receive my items and plat back or a refund as i can not even repurchase this things

It says that my data is corrupted and I can't play the game anymore. I had 720 Hours in the game. I play on Playstation and linked to a new pc account so I could trade with pc players.

You probably chose the wrong primary. You'll have to contact support.

Hi, I just made a cross-platform save to bring my account from PS4 to PC, but from the site I created a new account for PC, forgetting that I already had another account on PC, how do I disconnect my new account to put the one old and connect it to my ps4 account?

If you already completed the link, you can't go back. You can contact support, and they may revert your accounts, but be aware that they might take a long time to respond to you and you'll likely lose all progress on your PS account between now and when they revert your accounts.

Okay, I merged my PC and XBOX accounts thinking that ALL progress and the best of everything would be transferred, but my PS4 account is my better account and How can I merge everything to my my PS4 account?

If you merged your PC and Xbox accounts, that merged account is now your primary. If your PS account is eligible, you can now merge that into the cross save account. You can no longer select the PS account as primary. You'll only get the inventory and currencies of your PS account added to your cross save account, other things like quest progress will be deleted.

my 150 platinum got vanished after i cross saved my ps4 data with new pc account data (ps4 was main account durring the process) how can i get help for this

Was the platinum on the PS account before you linked? Do you still have the platinum when you log in on PS?
