Chat window keeps moving when joining any mission as client

If the bug is fixed, why does this keep happening to me? If these UI bugs happen only to me, is there any data in my account data that causes UI errors?

As I said multiple posts ago, the error you are seeing and the video of it do not look like the error the rest of us were seeing. It looks to be something completely different unfortunately.
